There are a couple of degrees, the BA Foreign Language is another in addition to the International Studies. But the majority of degrees from the Big 3 do not have a foreign language requirement, you can have the language courses added to your General Education/Free Electives area for all of the Big 3.
So for instance, a great example of saving cash for a language or two you already know, you get the FULL 30 credits from a Language CLEP (French, German, Spanish) & ACTFL, it's the "cheapest/easiest/fastest" LL/UL combo. There are other languages, if those are in High School, AP/IB languages will net you MORE credits if you add that to ACTFL.
