I thought it was transferable, but it came in as LL instead of UL (CIS-251)?

Was this course impacted by TESU's reshuffling of the SDC deck?
Not sure if it was impacted by any shuffling, only that Bjcheung77 is correct, both were applied to the eval as COS-240 with no issue when I requested the swap.

SDC LL/UL Operating Systems have always transferred in as LL at TESU - to my knowledge.
But that also raises another question: is the Networking TECEP now a mandatory course due to the lack of other transferrable ACE options?
