I noticed this program offering last week on Sophia's home page and was reminded of it today by a fellow Degreeforum board member.  I think this is very useful for those who are going to go into an MBA or Masters in some business concentration.  Jack Welch was a very experienced businessman, engineer, and writer with many years experience in these fields. 

His teachings are amazing, he's practically giving his experience out for FREE...  Those who are not going into or majoring in business might want to use this for Entrepreneurial knowledge if you're starting a business or want to get into upper management, something along those lines.

(And for those wondering if it's transferable to a college/university for credit, again, it's NON-CREDIT but can be used for PLA/portfolio credit if you have years of experience and have taken similar cheap/free courses or MOOC's)
