You can pick up at least 15 ACE-approved credits from Texas Engineering Extension Service, and 2 Ethics credits from The Institutes, all online without proctoring.

If you have a smartphone, there are free apps to use it as a webcam.  I've personally used DroidCam for this purpose and it works flawlessly.
