I reached out to ENEB to get any details they have on WES evaluation and here's their response
"We would like to advise you that the cost of the required procedure is 310 CAD and the time to process and send the documents as requested is 30 natural days.
On the other hand, once we have processed the shipment and it has been accepted, it will be the institution itself that will set the time from there. We will not be responsible for any delays, so from the moment we send the documents you must contact the institution directly to obtain all the information you need.
At the same time, due to our experience in this type of procedure, you should also take into account the following:
We understand that these are urgent procedures, but we can only commit that the institution of destination will receive it in a maximum of 30 natural days. We will always try to facilitate it as much as possible but there are factors beyond our control that mean that we cannot always do so before these 30 days.
We will contact you when the dispatch has been made and we will provide you with a tracking number, so that from that moment on you can manage the shipping and you will be able to contact the institution to continue with the next steps of the process, which would no longer be our responsibility.
It is not possible to make dispatches on behalf of Universidad Isabel I as they do not provide this service, nor can you sign on their behalf. Due to previous experiences, WES did not admit the sending of the diplomas of Universidad Isabel I signed by our institution, so we will only send the diplomas issued by ENEB. If you wish, we can include the diploma of the University but we will not be responsible for an eventual non acceptance of the sent documents.
The Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona (ENEB) is not responsible for the non-acceptance of documents for reasons beyond our control (that the documents are not complete, that they were not correctly detailed...etc). Therefore, it is the student who must ensure, firstly, that the information is transmitted accurately and, secondly, that all the requirements demanded by the destination institution are met in order for the procedure to be approved. "
I guess it's clear that Isabel I can't send a copy. Sounds very fishy to me
