Southeastern University (SEU) offers these degrees by online competency-based education 

• MA in Leadership
  
• MA in Ministerial Leadership
  
• MA in Theological Studies
  
• MA en Liderazgo Ministerial: Ministerio (in Spanish)
  
• MDiv en Divinidad (in Spanish)
  

All have per credit tuition ($545 per credit hour), except the MA in Ministerial Leadership (which is subscription-priced at $399 per month).

All are from the Barnett College of Ministry and Theology, except the MA in Leadership (which is from the Jannetides College of Business, Communication & Leadership).

Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, established in 1935, is the largest university affiliated with the Assemblies of God, a Pentecostal denomination. Southeastern is regionally accredited (SACS), with some religion programs ATS, and no specialized business accreditation. It is unrelated to the Southeastern University in Washington, DC which operated from 1879 until closing in 2009.

I've noticed that this university takes a while to update its website. The theological studies page says "subscription-driven." I'd contact admissions for the latest information.

I just saw a social media advertisement for the MA in Theological Studies, and it showed a tuition cost of $399 per month. It's possible that all their CBE programs have a subscription-based tuition model.

Don't quote me on this, but I remember reading that students are limited to 12 credits per 16-week semester, which is, in my opinion, not the best fit for programs that charge by the month. To me, this is like being in a traditional program just without due dates. But I think they might have recently made some changes to the MAML. If so, I hope it allows students to move faster. Otherwise, a 36-credit program will take a minimum of one year.
