Under testing, there's nothing about English composition. The only place English comp is mentioned is under PLA: "Students may also submit a minimum score of 6.5 on the IELTS (International English Language System) examination. In addition, students must have completed 24 college-level credits prior to the time of application, at least 6 credits of which are in English composition; and have a thorough understanding of the additional time and costs that may be associated with this process (postage, phone calls, etc.)."
In order to enroll in TECEP, you must have account with TESU. To be able to get it you must provide TESU with TOEFL or Eng Com from RA institution as a foreign student.

Dont take my word. Email TESU and ask them, just make they know you are international student
