The courses come in on a transcript from an RA school, so they come in as RA. They are self-paced, and you can start when you want, so they are a really good option for some people. My kids will be doing these over winter break (my college kid has 6 full weeks off of school, plenty of time to finish at least 1 course).

I've been looking hard at Tel Learning, and they seem to have a lot going for them, as you've pointed out.
So far, the only downside I can see is that they have two proctored exams per course, rather than one as seems to be the case with ASU. Unfortunately, I'm trying to help a relative with anxiety disorder, for whom the idea of electronic proctoring causes anxiety. For someone who only needs a handful of RA courses (and has tried ASU EA and liked it), I wonder if it might be better to wait and take one ASU course each in January and March.
For myself, I would just as soon try Tel Learning. Seems like an excellent value, and I think the two proctored exams is a more than fair trade-off for self-paced delivery. Plus there's a coupon code floating around for them as well.
