And the Sophia.org courses will not "magically" come over to your Acclaim/Credly account either.  For courses taken PRIOR to October 2020, I had to email them OR through the online chat window to leave a message.  For courses taken AFTER the transition, you should be able to transfer them over through their online system.

My Message to them: Sophia.org courses to Acclaim/Credly - I have completed courses prior to October 2020. Please manually process these courses to have them added to my Acclaim/Credly account.

Their Reply: I have put in a request to have badges added to all your completed courses. The normal processing time for this is 3-5 days. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else!

and apparently the normal processing time is not being observed.  They did 2 of 5 courses for my sibling. Still waiting 3 weeks (not days) later. .... and even put in new requests.  sigh.....   plan to try again today and be told the same thing and sit and wait......  I'm sure they are impacted with staff issues this time of year.
