ACE Credit Registry Change? Transcripts Services Ending

Can anyone elaborate on getting credit transferred from The Institutes (what is their website again?), TEEX and the CSM course?

We still haven't seen any Sophia courses come over.

The Institutes: no; not possible. 

TEEX: not yet.

And the Sophia.org courses will not "magically" come over to your Acclaim/Credly account either.  For courses taken PRIOR to October 2020, I had to email them OR through the online chat window to leave a message.  For courses taken AFTER the transition, you should be able to transfer them over through their online system.

My Message to them: Sophia.org courses to Acclaim/Credly - I have completed courses prior to October 2020. Please manually process these courses to have them added to my Acclaim/Credly account.

Their Reply: I have put in a request to have badges added to all your completed courses. The normal processing time for this is 3-5 days. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else!

and apparently the normal processing time is not being observed.  They did 2 of 5 courses for my sibling. Still waiting 3 weeks (not days) later. .... and even put in new requests.  sigh.....   plan to try again today and be told the same thing and sit and wait......  I'm sure they are impacted with staff issues this time of year.

Which 3 are missing? I just went through and checked mine. I'm missing these 3 even though there are Sophia badges for them:

The three that are missing meant 3 of the courses my family member took.  Missing on her account with badges even though completed. Not missing from the system.
1. US History 1  and 2. Foundations of College Algebra  are the ones we care about actually showing up with badges since pierpont seems to use those in gen ed. 
3. The other one was the no longer offered course called Student Success, and that one doesn't matter much.

But at least Eng Comp 1 and Info Tech got their manually pushed badges.  The younger sib only did 5 sophia courses before October 2020.

Keep hoping the other 3 will show by Christmas so that it's done.

I have an issue adding ace credit to acclaim, I email Sophia , Coursera Google it and teex. I just got an email from TEEX, they are fixing some issue with badges . How I can add the Sophia and Coursera Google it .

With Sophia, you must contact them via chat to have them manually add courses completed prior to October/November. For Coursera, check your email. I got an email with badge information immediately upon completing the course. If you didn't get that, go back to Coursera and check the last few "lessons" for the certificate. One was an opt-in to allow them to share your email with Credly/Acclaim so that you could get the badge.

Hope this is not a duplicate, but I noticed that many Saylor-Academy badges are now available on Acclaim.
