Remaining credits transfer, how can I do these as RA if I don't meet March deadline?

I'm currently still going through a lot of confusion with TESU admissions to try to locate the four transcripts I sent them, but let's optimistically assume those credits go through fine... Now with this new transfer credit policy to rush, 
I currently still have the following courses I need to complete to meet the TESU BSBA GM requirement, excluding their cornerstone and capstone:
- American Government
- International Business
- Managerial Communication
- Managerial Accounting
- Principles of Finance
& 4 AOS UL courses (I've already done DSST Human Resource Management and DSST Organizational Behavior which I assume counts for 2 LL in AOS)

- Do the following work for my above remaining courses? (listing more UL courses so I can choose)

Study.com for General Management Area of Study UPPER LEVEL
- Finance 306 Small Business Finance
- Finance 202 Financial Institutions & Markets
- Business 309 Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Accounting 302 Advanced Accounting

TECEP for General Management Area of Study UPPER LEVEL
TECEP Sales Management 
TECEP Marketing Communications 

Davar Academy
- MAN 330 International Management for General Management Area of Study UPPER LEVEL
- MAN 390 Managerial Communication for Professional Business Managerial Communication Requirement

Also, I'm a bit lost at how I can take these courses as RA credits if I can't finish them up before March to meet TESU's new transfer policy.

Would doing these from study.com/instantcert.com/Davar/SOPHIA make it possible to transfer to a RA institution before I transfer it onwards into TESU? 
Then the question comes to how the credits will transfer from ACE into said RA institution THEN onto TESU. How do I find this information? Does anyone know if there are users on this forum that have done this?

Thanks so much guys. I'm going nuts but at least have preserved enough sanity to try to sort this plan out in my mind, being able to share this on here is the main reason why I've not gone to a corner to start crying.. I appreciate y'all so much!
