I asked on here last week. I ended up sending an email to TESU with a question about this and a few other things, and I hope to find out soon!
A lot of times with TESU, they don't evaluate courses ahead of time. So, the only way to find out is to transfer it in and see what happens. Once it's been transferred in though, then it generally applies to everyone going forward.
