Officially giving up on Sophia credits transferring

FYI. I just earned the Coursera Google IT badge and confirmed that I wanted it sent to Acclaim/Credly. Looked at my Acclaim acct, and 5 of 5 Sophia badges I earned in July 2020 are now on there. I never did contact Sophia about adding them, so it seems they are, at this moment anyway, tackling some of these without student prompting.

My "Developing Effective Teams" and "Managing Conflict" (both completed in 2017) are the only two Sophia badges missing. My TEEX and SDC are not up, but I have yet to make a request.

How did you get the Coursera course to Acclaim?  I saw your post and emailed their helpdesk and they don't seem to know how to do it.  I took the course some months back.

I completed the 5 modules. Upon completion of the 5th, I received an email from  <no-reply@t.mail.coursera.org>  with a link to claim my badge - https://www.coursera.org/acclaimbadge/Ji....... End of the email said "Once your badge is issued, you will receive a separate email notification from admin@youracclaim.com with instructions for accepting and claiming the badge..."

A few minutes later I received an email from <admin@youracclaim.com> with a Button to claim my badge.

**** Actually, I think prior to receiving the initial email, I may have been prompted by Coursera about whether or not I wanted to receive the badge.
