Sophia courses shouldn't be all that hard to pass, I usually recommend reviewing the material before doing the milestones. Further to that, you have the open course materials available for you during the entire course. I use an extra monitor along with my laptop so I can do the course and have the second monitor with my pdf or other course materials open. Review their Honor Code and you should be fine.
