No because it's not Introduction to Sociology. That's one of the courses that fulfills a learning objective on the GEC. Yes you need multiple math courses. Take them on Sophia. They're very easy on Sophia. Contemporary Math sounds like a remedial math course or a bare bones basic math course. That is not what's required for the GEC. College Algebra and Stats are on the GEC list. The math goes higher into calc as well.

Actually, none of us who I know are attending UMPI recommend Study or StraighterLien courses. They're MUCH easier and SHORTER at UMPI. A great deal less content and fewer papers and quizzes.
