UMPI - Trying to Understand PL and ACE?

THANK YOU!   Do you think Intro to Rhetorical Studies would cover Sociology? I'm dying over College Algebra and Statistics. Do you think I'd need both? My Contemporary Math would be too low, correct?

No because it's not Introduction to Sociology. That's one of the courses that fulfills a learning objective on the GEC. Yes you need multiple math courses. Take them on Sophia. They're very easy on Sophia. Contemporary Math sounds like a remedial math course or a bare bones basic math course. That is not what's required for the GEC. College Algebra and Stats are on the GEC list. The math goes higher into calc as well.

Update: Oh forgot, they accept ACE, so you don't really need to just take Sophia.org, you can take Study.com courses as well for example.

Actually, none of us who I know are attending UMPI recommend Study or StraighterLien courses. They're MUCH easier and SHORTER at UMPI. A great deal less content and fewer papers and quizzes.

Very likely the case given my math history, but I feel hopeful and will go after those Sophia ones! Thanks for all this advice! I feel like I have a good plan now!
