Surprised you didn't mention WGU they also could be a good option. You can transfer in 90 credits. Wgu is only like 4k for 6 months so cheaper than umpi possibly.

It's very rare to transfer 90 credits to WGU. I haven't seen anyone transfer anywhere near that amount. They have a handful of gen eds. Many of their courses can't be taken anywhere else. Seems like they're doing more of this as they update programs. 

It's straight up impossible to transfer 90 to their business programs (the non-transferrable section is 35-40 credits). I think the only way to transfer that much to an IT program is to already have an associate's degree & the exact alt-credit courses/certifications (which kinda defeats the purpose of WGU/CBE imo).
