FAQ MCA transcript:

What other document besides the degree certificate can I request?
To complement your degree certificate, you can request a certificate of studies. It is made up of a list of all the content received, the grades obtained, the date of studies and all the data referring to the program, duly signed, stamped and with a QR security code.

I don't think that's referring to the same context. That appears to be referring to degrees studied for and earned directly with MCA, not through the ENEB partnership deal. Here is what ENEB said to make me believe that (see question #3):

Will students receive an MCA transcript with (MCA's branding/insignia) of all courses and grades?
No, this is to validate the degree only.
