Got it!   So MCA is essentially trying to replace the need of a foreign evaluation by being located here in the USA.  Looking at their current price and the fact they have no solid recognition,  its best to stick with a foreign evaluator.

I mean, we can reasonably speculate that's one of their reasons for it, but only speculate. 

The ENEB-MCA deal simply needed to include a transcript from MCA and then it would've been a great deal. Without it, it's junk because virtually no school in the United States will accept a degree without a transcript. And, if an employer asks for it you're screwed there, too.
