Oh that is weird! I never had that happen. I wish I had some advice! I'd definitely reach out to Cody - email and call and leave a voicemail. Maybe reach out to Shea and see if she has a way to get someone to help you?
Cody is baffled by this. But since the rest of the competency is working he said he will manually unlock my final when I'm done with the rest of the work. So there's light at the end of this tunnel!! I'm almost done!!!! I'll be done by Friday!!
