Ya, it does seem racist to require a vaccine card.
So if you don't have a vaccine card, you can't eat at a restaurant, go to a gym, or any indoor entertainment center in NYC starting September 13th.

Wow…. it seems extreme on the surface, but considering how bad things got in NYC before, it’s kind of understandable. I frequently wonder if swift and drastic action had been taken early on - would it have made any difference? And by that I mean something along the lines of a total lockdown for a few weeks. Logistically, I don’t know how that would have looked. But if we could have completely stopped the spread, would that have made a difference?
