OfQual is a register of organizations (regulated programs) - I think of them as the CHEA or USDOE
LRN is an organization that accredits, recognizes, overseas institutions - I think of them as DEAC or TRACS
Oxford College is the institution - I think of them as Ashworth or Penn Foster, etc...

They have a bunch of level 7 diplomas. A couple cost £249. Are those LRN too? I cant find any info regarding that on the website
