original poster here with an update
So I finished the coursework in February, paid for everything within a couple of weeks or so. Grades took quite some time to be completed and everything appeared to finally be graded in April. As of a week ago, the courses and the "A" grades finally showed up on my unofficial transcript. As of today, the graduate certificate shows conferred and awarded.
I will provide an update when I get the cert in the mail. I am told it is a frameable 8.5x11 inch diploma style certificate.
I guess it works, it is just pretty slow and it appears they don't have enough staff to handle whatever their workload might be. Glad I got it though!

I got credit! Got my official transcribed courses. Looks like they took away the +/- from the grades. Not important, but it works. 15 graduate credits from Thunderbird for $3,070.

In general, Columbia Southern is pretty generous with transfer credits, so that could be a possibility

I’ve heard that in reality they are very strict on which courses they take despite claiming they accept alot of transfer credits

Columbia Southern?? I applied and was accepted (haven’t enrolled). They accepted, I think, 18 of my graduate credits. (I’d have to double check). But they do have to line up with the courses in the program. I think the MBA has the most flexible options.
