Should You Be Required to Show a COVID Vaccination Card In Order to Vote?

From many people I know who have gotten the vaccine, numerous have gotten sick with covid afterward, some VERY sick; some have had VERY adverse reactions (like, terrible); and my dad now has a heart problem that he never had before, they're just now starting to try to figure out what went wrong, and when (only in last several months AFTER he got the vaccine). This is just my personal anecdotal info, but so far, way more people I know have had problems with the vaccine (at least a dozen), and only 2 have had issues with Covid (pre-vaccine).

One of my friends now has 2 serious heart issues due to her first vaccine. She can't get the second dose. Her doctor is afraid it will kill her. She didn't have any issues until about 3 weeks after the shot. Then the side effects starting hammering her every few days. She had ZERO heart issues before the vaccine. Now she has 2 and medication isn't helping her. She's at her cardiologist weekly right now. Her health isn't improving but slowly going down hill still and it's been several months. Somehow she's still more afraid of getting Covid than the second dose which makes no sense to me.
