This seems strange. Exam proctoring providers will of course ask for a valid government-issued photo ID, and colleges will ask for academic transcripts. However, I've never seen a requirement like this. Everyone has been fine with my state ID, and I don't even have a valid passport. I don't know why a non-collegiate course provider would want academic records or a CV. What organization is this?
