I would refrain from Athabasca, even though they are RA and the largest online provider. I would search out some programs in the US first, if nothing attracts you (in cost, ease, speed to finish), then look at the local schools closest to you. I would only recommend Athabasca or any other Canadian university if you get a scholarship or if no other university provides that Masters degree offering.
