Does anybody know if UMPI provides a tracking number when shipping diplomas and transcripts?

No. It goes in the mail. Regular first class mail. You can view your transcripts in your MaineStreet account.

Thank you . My degree was conferred 2 days ago and it shows as completed in my MaineStreet account. I ordered 2 copies of the transcripts, one for me and one for the Law school that I will be attending, but there was no info about shipping method or tracking number. Hopefully it gets here soon.

It can be a few weeks before things are mailed to you. You'll get multiple packages with different things. They come from different people at UMPI. 

Your transcripts for the Law school are probably electronic if you requested them through one of the transcription services like Parchment. You didn't need to request a paper transcript for yourself. You get a free unofficial one once your degree is conferred. They mail it to you.

This is exciting to hear. I assumed we had to wait until the end of term before degrees are conferred. I will be done this afternoon and just waiting on grades. If my degree gets conferred before the end of December I will be thrilled.

Typically, yes you have to wait for the term to end for your degree to be conferred. Grades aren't due until the Friday AFTER the term ends so you probably won't have them soon. You may be conferred by the end of December depending on how busy they are. There's a few weeks left in December after the term ends.

I tried Parchement but they have no record of my degree. I order an electronic copy of my transcript via https://www.studentclearinghouse.org/ and I am waiting for it .
