Thank you. It is for my daughter. She will be 18 in August. She completed 24 Sophia classes and one CLEP. She also completed four RA classes at TEL/York college. She hopes to complete a total of eight RA classes by March. Then work on her remaining classes, most of which are AOS. Goal is BSBA Entrepreneurship by June 2023 at age 18. Goal is to attend a masters program somewhere in the USA after growing up in Southeast Asia and attending international schools.

However, yes, if you don't take at least 16 credits at TESU (and these are RA credits), you have to pay the residency waiver fee. You only save money on this if you do it as part of a 16-credit-term.
