I presume that you need to have been out of school for at least 2 years because fresh HS grads have more "automatic" college universities than someone who graduated HS, did a few university classes, and then had to drop out due to financial or other issues. If you've been out of HS for less than 2 years (or are still in HS), there are other options for Associate degrees: https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/As...7s_Degrees But, at that point, you might as well go straight to a Bachelor's degree in most cases.
