Georgia Tech isn't the only one you should look into, UT-Austin is also $10K, they're very similarly ranked as GT, in fact, this year, they are the same ranking! Over the years, they've been pretty close... neck and neck, I also think it's a great idea to keep your options available, apply to all three or more depending on the costs for application/transcripts you can afford.
