Changes happen all the time. That's normal. This is why we say to get your courses done ASAP and transfer. I know everyone can't do that, but the longer it takes the more changes there will be.
There may be a few errors. But generally, this would be for new students enrolling now. Students who enrolled prior to this updated list, would have had their courses come in based on a prior list.
Things change constantly - some schools more than others. This is why you must enroll as soon as possible and get your transcripts sent for an evaluation - or be flexible. You cannot slowly gather credits and expect that changes won't happen. I took 3 years from starting to get credits to enrolling at TESU, and in that time, 3 new catalogs came out; then, between enrollment and graduation, 5 more catalogs came out. That means there were changes (both small and large) 8 times from start to finish. What didn't change though, was my degree plan once I enrolled, and my credits once they were on my eval. Those were set in stone.
If you're not ready to enroll now, then flexibility is key.

EDIT TO ADD: during this time, it actually became EASIER, not harder, to complete my degree requirements! I started in 2011. Sophia came along in 2013, and have since lowered their prices dramatically (it was $329/course not that long ago); Study.com came along in 2016 I think, and has since added tons of courses that made it extremely easy to complete several degrees; Coopersmith and Davar came out in 2013; Kaplan had a free course; The Institutes had a free course; Sophia gave away a free course to many; Study.com gave away a "6 courses in 3 months" scholarship for many.
So not all change is bad - there has been SO much progress in the last 10+ years in the ability to earn a degree non-traditionally, and almost all of it has been GOOD!
