IMO, you should still be able to do a course a week if you put the effort in. AFAIK, SDC has courses for most (if not all) of the relevant accounting topics. For instance, https://study.com/academy/course/account...taxes.html isn't a course you can take for credit at SDC but it still has relevant topics that could apply to BUS 377 and BUS 378 at UMPI.
What I would do would be to review the material that UMPI provides. Spend 1-2 days on this. If you're stuck on a concept or concepts, review the relevant SDC (or elsewhere) videos. Submit a draft on day 3 or 4, and move on to the next class while waiting to hear back.
