I think they should count as RA credits, yes. Which should mean that you'd have all your RA credits covered with just 1 or 2 flat-rate terms.
IMO, your next steps should be:
1. Get your credits evaluated.
2. While waiting for evaluation, sign up at Sophia and start taking courses that are NOT in the same subjects as your A levels (at least for now). For instance, you're going to need History and Science credits for a TESU degree and Sophia offers those.
3. As soon as your evaluation has been completed, apply to TESU. Send in all of the credits (A levels and Sophia) that you've accumulated so far.
4. Wait for your TESU evaluation to finish.
5. Come back here if you have further questions about how to fill in the gaps in your degree evaluation.
6. At some point, you're going to also want to pay for a Medical Terminology TECEP to become a fully enrolled student. See https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Th..._to_Enroll for more information.
