Transcript evaluation - transferring RA creds into TESU

Evaluators are bureaucrats that want to get paid every time they have to push paper. I rather use a secure digital platform (it's 2022) that enables me to easily administer my documents without additional costs.

Not that I'm complaining. Those are the policies of TESU. Excelsior is even more limited (I think they only accept one evaluator).

Generally speaking, evaluators get paid the same whether they're looking at a piece of paper (which they generally scan in) or an electronic copy; it's all the same to them.

EC only accepts WES for undergrad credits; so if you're going to apply to TESU and EC, then you should use WES since it will work for both.
