For the last few people who have "added their spreadsheet", I've not read their contents yet. The reason is simple, the info provided wasn't clear enough of exactly why they want the degree and what their situation is. After the updates made by OP, I am still curious why it should be TESU or a USA degree. My suggestion is the following instead, for the cost, ease, speed.
The OP is already working with computers/programming, has workplace training in Electronics/IT field, we're not trying to "get into the industry". If they were in their 20's and trying to get into the industry, I would focus on the basics more. At this juncture in time, you have the experience to back you up, you may just need a certificate or degree to extend/upgrade your credentials.
1) (USA 6 Months) UMPI BLS MIS, (Italy 1 Year) Masters in Computer Science from Guglielmo Marconi University.
You can get a basic Bachelors degree to get admissions to a Masters that doesn't use much programming/math.

2) (USA 6 Months) UMPI BLS MIS, (USA 1 Year) Masters in Applied Computer Science from SEMO
Again, a basic Bachelors for entry, you have to take 2 prerequisite courses (for fundamentals of computing & programming).

3) (USA 1 Year) TESU BACS, (USA 2 Year) Masters from either Georgia Tech or U of Texas - Austin.
This will give you a very good understanding of Computer Science and also get into a Top 50 Masters degree in the world. That is if you can get into the programs after the TESU BACS.
4) I'm not sure why you haven't checked your own country for options, but here's an interesting one, it will be 3 years for the Bachelors though, so I would not go for this, it's just as a last resort type of thing, you can go for something else and a Masters in your home country.

5) Another Link for options available for individuals in Italy, Pegaso: https://www.unipegaso.it/corsi-di-laurea
There may be other options, you may want to check the search for Italy and also the sister board. Good luck, have fun, don't rush things.
