Other sister actually whose really interested in this eneb. She wants to start her businesses and wants to learn more but wouldn’t want to feel like it’s a diploma mil and not respected in the USA.
That's not very specific... What does she mean by "not respected in the USA"?
Not respected by whom? Government? Most likely federal/state jobs won't take an MBA from ENEB in leu of accredited masters.
Employers? There are gazillions of them, you never know. In fact, some employers/managers/whatever won't "respect" degrees from any "lesser schools (think of Ivy leaguers looking down at state school graduates).
Other colleges? Equivalency/"respect" is always at discretion of a specific school - and there are thousands of them in the US, you never know which one is going to like/dislike a degree from ENEB.
I can continue, but I hope you've seen my point. ENEB for sure has its utility, but it is not for everyone. If you sister does not feel that ENEB meets her goals, she'd probably better off to pick another school.
P.S. As a business owner who also happened to have MBA from ENEB, I want to highlight that (1) one doesn't really need an MBA to start a business; (2) degree from ENEB will not adequately prepare one to run business in the USA (e.g. taxation and accounting work differently in the US vs in Spain).
