Have you been counting on some specific outcome as a result of finishing your degree and this thing hasn't come to fruition? What claims on this board have you found to be misleading? It's natural that Universidad Isabel I isn't regionally accredited. After all, it's not an American university. It is an accredited university in Spain, which also offers non-official (university-specific) degrees, something which is covered by Spanish law.
