They most likely saw two "transcripts" (if one wants to call the back of the degree course listing a '"transcript", but I think that there is some justification for that). I am not saying that Validential did not have access to the ENEB transcript. That document was likewise required to do the calculations, as you pointed out. I am just saying that I could see how they could have easily referred to Universidad Isabel I degree diploma when they mention its transcript. There is just no need to say that Validential was lying in this instance. Since ENEB is just an affiliated training institution, I also don't see the explicit need to mention ENEB on the evaluation sheet, since that was also raised as an issue here.
