This is probably the point at which I find out everyone getting a second degree has just been paying the residency waiver..
I had a total of 22 residency credits from e-Pack, Guided Study, and Online classes (the only ones that count for non-military students). Industrial Psychology and PLA-100 (neither of which were in my AOS) counted toward residency as a second-degree student without free electives.
