Exactly what Rachel here says. ENEB litterally tells you to use Isabel's transcript. They TRANSCRIBE to Isabel.
This is like people calling Tel Learning, teacher step credits, etc, from a third party source. These third parties aren't accredited themselves, but, they have agreements that allow their courses to be TRANSCRIBED to an accredited portion.
Sophia lets you choose via ACE.
TEL has a few.
PearsonVue transcribes to 3 different ones.

Completely true. A school can decide to reject and or accept anything based upon their own accord.
or they choose not even to have an evaluation. But that does not mean ENEB is a regional equivalent school. There is not such information out there at this time showing ENEB is a regional equivalent school.
Regional vs National is a debate settled by the Department of Education. it is one and the same now.
