Oh yeah, in addition to the competency based degree options I linked earlier in post #6, Pikachu mentioned a couple of MOOC's. Basically, that is another option as these can be done in partnership with Coursera, Edx, FutureLearn, Udacity, and if you can handle it, UpGrad as well. I would check out another high ranking institution, U of Texas-Austin...
