If you can speak Spanish natively, I think Groupon.es is cheaper than Groupon.com

The pricing has gone up for the initial offering, it's no longer $150 USD, but possible to be ~$180 USD... If you wish to gift the extra program to someone else, please make the payment under your name, and send them an email as soon as the payment has been processed with the relevant information of the person that wants to study (name, email address, chosen program), and they will proceed with their enrollment.

So, for example if you wanted to...I get a Paypal payment from Person B, I buy the degree program, send them Person B personal details, then send those details to ENEB.  In the end, I get 18 month extension and Person B has access to the degree program (should also be 18 months as well).
