To be honest I deal with Dr. Patrick directly. I reach out to him on his personal cell; I know he have an assistance and there should be a form of chain of command but sometimes she can be very pushy and want to force the application down your throat. From personal experience Dr Patrick is super down to earth and he will have an hour up to 2 hour conversation with you on the phone and answer any questions and disclose everything.



Nonetheless it will be between the South College program and the DHA

Good for you I guess? Most people don't have access to him. the rest of us are stuck dealing with enrollment specialists which are the used car sales people of the 2020's. Some of us don't want to talk to anyone. We just want information. Most schools provide basic info such as the course names and descriptions on their website. WGU even has this info on their website. There are very schools I would contact for course info. South College isn't one of them. Not after seeing the problems students are having. If people paying money can't get prompt answers, what can one who hasn't paid a dime expect? Not much.

At the very least, you can use me as a ray of light to show that there are those who can successfully complete this program. I believe I can reflect on that and share my experiences in that way, and if I encounter any difficulties, I'll make sure to let everyone know so that people who follow us can benefit from the information we've gathered.
