Amberton has a ton of management courses. Sessions are 10 weeks long. Tuition is $285 per credit plus about $35 in fees per session. If you wanted to complete an MBA there, you could. You could take their classes and transfer them elsewhere. They also have numerous certificate programs.

Here are a couple of classes which may help you. You can look at the syllabus. It will list the books needed so you could buy them and read them even if you don't take the course. Just reading books on the subjects you're looking for should help you. To help with public speaking, you could join a local Toastmasters.
