Hmm, I would recommend the reverse, it'll be closest to "free" with the $2500 reimbursement. My suggestion is Excelsior first, you can complete the cornerstone and info lit course in 1 8 week session and complete the capstone in another, total would cost your friend $4000 at Excelsior, if you split it up in two years (2022 and 2023, it's FREE). I would chose UMPI second, if your friend is in an absolute rush, they can finish this year for $2800 and that is ONLY if they accept the NA credits... In fact, apply to both, it's free...
