@midnite123, yes you can.  The majority of schools will require a minimum of 25%, many will need up to 50% of the degree completed through them.  So, as mentioned, it all depends on the school and the reason you're going for another associates.  Some people may want a secondary concentration, focus, emphasis, minor or whatever you're looking at... otherwise, if you're going further into higher education, I would skip it in favor for a Bachelors, unless you get the two associates free on route to your two bachelors, meaning no extra courses, costs, time put into it.
