On the other board, I remember a write-up on a man (and his website) who, over a very few years, earned something like 17 different associate degrees from the SAME RA school. I think he also had one BA and a Master's (MBA?) from somewhere else. Why the College allowed these multiple degrees I'm not sure - perhaps to keep him from bothering people. He seemed rather argumentative, obtrusive and quite suspicious-minded, by nature. I'm pretty sure (and others agreed) that he was mentally ill - but not intellectually impaired. 

Many schools will not let you complete more than 2 associate degrees. If this is the guy I remember reading about, he worked at a college as janitor or maintenance worker. He took all of these classes because he could do them for free. I don't know why the college keeps issuing him degree after degree. Kind of makes on wonder about the school.
