i feel having a 3rd bachelors loses meaning at that point. If I was a hiring manager, I'd be more skeptical than impressed, to see 3 bachelors degrees in someone's CV. Certificate, Associates, Masters or even bootcamps would make more sense after the 2nd Bachelors.

Nothing requires you to list every single degree or certificate that you've ever earned. Indeed, CV/resume writers often advise trimming it down, tailoring it to each company as much as possible. Someone who has multiple degrees and several certificates might only list a single degree and no certificates on their CV at any one time.
