Outlier courses taken individually are still 3 credit hours via UPitt (or 3-4 credits via ACE if you choose). So taking it individually is cheaper, $400 vs. via GGU $149x4 ?
ACE will be cheaper than $400/course whether you use Study.com, Sophia, Saylor, CLEP, etc.
Outlier will be next.
But GGU makes you take 15cr in residency, so you'll be paying $2,235 for tuition there no matter what; that's a great deal compared to their regular tuition. But it's certainly not a great price compared to Pierpont (free) or Snow College (~$1,900 for a semester, unlimited courses, and they accept ACE credit as well).
