For those looking for Canadian evaluation agencies, I would recommend sticking with the only 5 English options or the 1 French option in Quebec. These are the only ones applicable for Immigration, Study, Work, if you are looking to further your education or for employment purposes, "other options" may work if you have approval from that employer or institution you decide to go with.
Note: The agencies mentioned that are members of NACES, AICE, or even Validential may indicate they will evaluate foreign credentials for use in Canada. These again may work only if you have approval from that employer or institution you plan to either study or work with. I would make sure before using their services, it's best to stick with what's approved.
